When you come into our private office we will be here with other people who are all on the same page. We are working together through ways of finding active pain-free living. Sometimes its challenging and we meet you with discovering motivation, hope and sharing our human experience. 


We are here to talk to you about the path to happiness. It's been a tough time post-covid with mental health challenges from various sources like injury, disease, divorce, money concerns, and pain rehabilitation, but that doesn't mean we can't strive for happiness.

Now, when it comes to happiness, there are a lot of different opinions out there. But today, I want to highlight the thoughts of three wise people: Mo Gawdat, Gandhi, and Oprah Winfrey.

Mo Gawdat is a former Chief Business Officer of Google X and the author of "Solve for Happy." He believes that happiness is a state of mind, and it's something that we can choose to cultivate, no matter what's happening in our lives. He suggests focusing on gratitude, generosity, and giving back to others as a way to increase our happiness.

Gandhi, on the other hand, believed that happiness comes from living a life of purpose and service to others. He said, "The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others." So if you're feeling down, maybe try volunteering or doing something kind for someone else.

And finally, Oprah Winfrey is a queen of positivity and self-improvement. She often talks about the importance of self-love and taking care of ourselves, both physically and mentally. She suggests finding joy in the simple things, like taking a walk outside or practicing gratitude for what we have.

Now, we know that finding happiness can be easier said than done, especially when we're dealing with tough situations like injury, disease, divorce, money concerns, and pain rehabilitation. But the good news is that we can always choose to work towards a happier mindset, no matter what's going on around us. Sara and Matthew are here to work with you throughout the process. We have both endured our own challenges and openly connect with each one and individually create personalized programs and treatments to support. Whether it is during rehabilitation or fine-tuning performance, we are equipped as Athletes and Professionals to help you on your journey. 

And as Jerry Seinfeld once said, "Happiness is a state of mind. It's just according to the way you look at things." So, let's all take a cue from Mo, Gandhi, and Oprah, and try to look at things in a more positive light. And if all else fails, just remember: why did the tomato turn red? Because it saw the salad dressing! Keep smiling, folks.
